How will I receive my order?
Right after checkout, you'll receive an email with a link to access your files. You can also find them on the order confirmation page.

Do I need to have played before?
Not at all. Every adventure guides you scene by scene, and the Game Master only needs to read the booklet once before playing.

How long does an adventure last?
Each adventure takes about 3 to 4 hours to play, perfect for a full evening.

What language are the products in?
All products are available in English, German, Italian, Spanish and French.

Can I print the materials?
Yes. You can print them at home as many times as you like for your own table. They also work perfectly on a tablet.

What ages are the family adventures for?
Our family adventures are designed for kids aged 6 and up, with a grown-up as Game Master.

I didn't receive my files. What should I do?
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find them, contact us through the Contact page and we'll send them to you right away.

Can I get a refund?
Because you get immediate access to the files after purchase, orders can't be cancelled or refunded once the download is available, as stated in our Refund Policy. If something doesn't work, contact us and we'll make it right.
