Refund Policy

All our products are digital and are made available immediately after purchase.

By completing your order, you expressly agree that the supply of digital content begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the files have been made available to you, in accordance with EU consumer law.

For this reason, we do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been completed, except where required by law.

If you experience any problem with your files (for example, a file that does not open or is incomplete), please contact us at [customerservice@adventurervault.com] within 14 days of your purchase. We will send you a working copy or, if we are unable to solve the problem, issue a full refund.
